General discussion

I can't connect to my Fiancee's computer and vice versa

Nov 29, 2010 3:12AM PST

We are both in the same Homegroup. When I go to the Network on both computers I can see her and she can see me. When I click on her computer (from mine) and it prompts me to enter my username and password, it says it's invalid, and it says the same when trying to get into mine from hers.

You are logged onto your PC.

Can you walk over to the other PC and log in with the same name and password?

for HER username and password not yours. This is to ensure that you have her permission to access her system, otherwise anyone could access it without her permission.
