I bought the winzip.9.0 and I can't download it.

I can't download it to my computer plus my password and e-mail address got messed up some how or other I have already paid for it and got some information from you,but when I tryed to go back and download I couldnot get in so,my name is johnny daniels I paid with a credit card.My e-mail is Djoshorty@aol.com and at first Iused it as my username and you j2414daniels as a password but when I tryed to sign in with it it didn't work so I sign with my and that worked but the site wanted me to pay again can you help me Iam new at this

This isn't Winzip support, but..

You need to take this up with Winzip's sales and support. There is no one from there here...
