I bought a second hand PC with cracked windows 7 ultimate

Is there a way to go from cracked windows 7 ultimate to real windows 10? Without loosing all data.

You can go from a pirated copy of windows 7 direct into Linux Mint 18.1 and retain the both of them, until the activation is killed on the windows 7, but at least you still have your data and the Linux Mint to use.
