one thing you can try is run a "document" only back up this should ask you want you want to do with duped files,or(warning this step deletes ALL documents!!) click on your windows icon type in documents ,click on documents then click organize click select all then click the file button above organize then click on delete you will have a clean slate from here,good luck! PS: I would run the backup to a flash drive or ext.hard drive
