A good place to start is to tell us what service it is you're talking about. Then what version of OS X you're running, and even what browser you're using would also be helpful.
it keeps saying I have different passwords so I cannot do anything even though I have paid for this service. I have an ibookG4 all upgraded. I can't get any suupport more less technical support. Can you please help me??? I log into the address that is provided and it gets me no where.
