Re: cd burner

A few things;
1. Deleting files won't make your computer run faster. Not in a way you'll notice, anyway.
2. Making a backup is useful, of course. It reduces the risk you'll lose the files if anything happens to the PC.
3. A DVD can contain 7 times as much data as a CD. So it's far less work and far cheaper to use a DVD-burner than a CD-burner.
4. External burners are more expensive than internal burners. Why do you want an external one?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
