I am having trouble with Google Talk

I am in need of help I am having problems with my google talk messenger not letting me sign in everytime I try to sign in it says that the username and password to do not match when I sign on to check my gmail the username and password work- I AM VERY UPSET- I have done everything like resetting the password and cleaning the cookies and everytime I try to sign in to my google talk messenger it is still saying that the username and password does not match I need some help to get this problem fixed because it is making me upset and google does not have any phone support at all where I can talk to a live person Can someone please help me? If you know the answers please message me.
