details on my question
Mar 25, 2017 1:55PM PDT

I was always able to view photos I had saved on my lap top from an Ipad or phone. Now, when I click on the photo folder, I receive the message about apps not supporting the contrast. I can't view the photos. My question is; Did I inadvertently delete an app that would have previously allowed me to view these photos? If so which app or program should I download to allow me to view my photos? thank you in advance for your advice.

I use "Gallery" that comes in Android, also "Chrome" browser and no problems.
