In programs like autoruns you don't delete those programs and service, you just turn off the settng that tells Windows to start them at boot. The executables still exist. So all you need to do is to undo that setting.
For services, that can be done in Start>Run>services.msc.
For programs, put a shortcut to the program in your Startup folder.
But I assume system restore back to before you did it will help also.

Hello! I wanted to delete with "autoruns" program some annoying appplications and services that started with windows but by mistake i deleted some essential services too.
Windows behaves as folowing: at startup the welcome screen lasts about one minute, then desktop background appears. And again i have to wait two more minutes until explorer opens up. Visual themes are disabled (it's just the clasic interface) and the internet connection doesn't work. Those problems are those i noticed so far.
How can i restore those proceses given the fact that they don't exist anymore? It's not even my computer and i have ro solve this...
