hw-e350,samsung

hello there

i bought a samsung hw-e350 sound speaker system. After 1 day of having the speaker it just says no arc on the led screen so the first thing i thought of was maybe i need to get a better HDMI cable so i bought a brand new one and it still does not work. The strange thing is when i connect it upto my xbox it works. Strange. I have a samsung UE40D6100 smart tv. Please help me

This is all volunteer so a first search came up empty for me. BUT since I run into ARC failures too often I simply add an optical cable and I'm done.

I'd be sure to have the latest HDMI cable, check settings and turn off or on anynet. There's an issue with sound bars that many you can't pass more than stereo over arc to. I had hoped for you to supply a product page (all volunteer on my part) so let's see what Samsung says.

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
