The format of your answers is a great conformation that there ARE those, out there, who care about helping others. As we say down South, I became "fresh meat" when we got our grandson this computer to help in his school work. Admittedly, there have been a few problems that were corrected by my son's "computer expert" friend. However, having been an auto mechanic, most all my life, I felt that I could do this myself. After all, even at 62, it's been proven that old dogs can be taught new tricks. My problem , now, is the onset of "short term memory loss". The great ease of following your repair seguences is awesome and the advice is second to none.
I look forward to being "CNET" educated in the quagmire of the world of Windows XP Professional.
Continue in excellence,
