This is not uncommon, as in many cases, the telephone and wireless router share the same frequency/channel. You might consider changing to a phone using a different frequency/channel. Ben

Is there a way that I can just change the frequencies?

I tried changing the computer wireless channel, but it didn't help.

Actually you change the channel on the router.

The PC should find the change.

Since there is no standard to changing the RF channel from 1 to 6 to 11, I can't give any detailed answer without the make/model of the wifi router.

We have a Dsl Filter for the phone jack

Which would be incorrect.

The DSL filter has specific places to be. If it is on all phone jacks, it would be amazing the DSL modem would work since its phone jack doesn't use it.

Details matter.
