Huge Cursor Issue

Aug 5, 2010 8:47AM PDT

My computer cursor would just randomly double in size. I can fix it either by changing the resolution or restarting the computer, but changing the resolution only fixes it for 5 minutes, and then it becomes huge again.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my graphics driver, but I've already updated it to the newest version and I also have the newest BIOS for my laptop.

I'm running Win 7 64 bit Home, with 8 GB DDR3 ram, i7 720QW, radeon 5730. My laptop model is Lenovo y560.

Also, I know there's something weird with the graphics driver. Programs like ATItool and rivatuner cannot recognize my graphics card. I think it has something to do with Lenovo's default drivers. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver a few times, but that didn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I fixed the cursor issue by manually installing the newest ATI drivers. I extracted the .exe and used device manager and found the .inf file, and then everything installed fine!
