Question

Huawei Matebook X Laptop

Mar 15, 2018 6:15PM PDT

Hi,

This is a question relating toward my Hauwei Matebook X laptop, I've only had it for a month and it's now telling me "Plugged in, not charing" and it's draining my battery. Has anyone else has this happen with this Matebook X or their laptop without a removable battery? Yes I have my charger in the correct port, please give me an advice. I contacted Hauwei and they told me to order a new C-type charger before I send in my laptop. I'm not sure what caused this to happen but it actually happened to my old laptop I had for about 6 years, however with my old laptop I could still use it plugged in and my Hauwei just drains. Thank you.

And they ask you to buy a new charger?

Unacceptable. Ask for refund.

It was a gift from Amazon and I'm already 5 days past my return date. Unfortunately.

It's not out of warranty.

Actually, I called Amazon to see if they'd let me return it since I am past the 30 day mark by a few days and they straight up told me it wouldn't be an issue at all and they're refund me. I just have to drop it off at UPS. That's pretty sad when a third-party seller will refund you but the actual company will not. I really enjoyed that laptop, onto better.
