In a lot of devices you used to have to calibrate the device to the battery. The tech should know if that is required.
However, try this test. Turn the phone off and charge without the phone being on to maximize the power available to the charge.
i went to a technician and got my battery placed. the replaced battery still had some charge on it. so we didn't bother to check if it's charging. then we got home. it's not charging too.
1. the charger i am using can charge my other huawei phone, no problem with the charger.
2. could it be the charge pin is not the working properly?
