it may be that your TCP/IP settings aren't correct. you need to check with your ISP for the correct settings and any special things you need to do if you are using a router with a firewall for broadband connections.

Hi all,
Over the last few days whenever I reach a https site during online purchases I get a DNS error.
I have reset my internet secuity setting to the default with no effect and tried the secrity level slider at all the available positions.
What should I try next?
