during december of 2008 I ordered a Nikon D40 Slr camera from Broadwayphoto.com. They had a very low price. I thought this was a great deal. I even researched their reputation online.
2 weeks later no camera. I checked my order status: Backordered.
I looked on thier website "IN STOCK".
I then called customer service. They said their website is updated by Nikon to explain the descrepancy. The customer service person also said that what is advertised on their website is "grey market" Nikon D40s. If I wanted the made for US d40 the price is much higher. I decided that it was a bit more than what I wanted to pay.
This is what the customer service person said to me before he rudely hung up the phone,"Call back when you have money to spend".
Beware of these guys. They do bait and switch. Also if you look at their digigal slr camera memory upgrade for 2gb or higher, the price is like $50 for a memory sd card.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
One of the best French door fridges we've tested
A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
