Question

HTTP Status 500 error

I'm getting this error, "only" at one of my usual sites. All of my other "bookmark or favorite" sites are working fine. I usually use Firefox but also tried I.E., same result. I log in, everything seems to be working, and then I get this error and cannot proceed. Its a site that I routinely order my medications. A Google search seems to suggest the error is not at my end. W10 latest build updated normally.

Any suggestions - thanks in advance

Answer
In such a case ...

(a site gives an error in the browser on your PC) you try it on your phone. If that fails also, it most likely is not your problem, but a problem on their side. Then contact them by phone.

Moreover, http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E500.html shows that error 500 is a server error. That's theirs by definition, because it's their server. Good chance that one of their engineers already is busy fixing it.
Try again tomorrow if you can't contact them.
