Ouch. That sounds bad.

Back to maker or seller for what to do next.

Here I only have a reset that some forget about. I remove battery, SIM and memory cards then press and hold the power button for over a minute. Release, slip in the battery, plug in the charger and try again. If it doesn't come back I'm talking to maker or seller.

You can backup your data by just setting up your mobile at the factory settings, or you can backup your mobile by HTC official Account.

I'm only a mod but we all agree on one thing.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
