HTC 3125

by R.R.1 / April 10, 2007 2:59 PM PDT

I've had the phone a little over two months, and the camera and voice memo has stopped working; did a hard restore and now even the icons are missing. The phone is barely adequate for me in this state. So far, Cingular has not been very helpful in helping me resolve these issues. I went with the clamshell form factor thinking it more robust; I'm having second thoughts. At this point I'm thinking I should have gone with the Treo or Blackberry.

Just curious, how long have you had the device? If less than 12 months, have you tried a warranty exchange yet??

In my post I stated "a little over two months".
Between Cingular support (warranty exchange) and HTC support, numerous hours on the phone, and performing "hard restore" various ways several times to assure I wasn't lying, I am still in limbo.
I'm sure the HTC devices are just "type tested" for operability and not individually

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
