HT-F6550W audio CD problems

by samsunguser728 / November 20, 2013 11:13 PM PST

Hi guys!

have any of you had a similar problem with your samsung bluray player or ht?

When I play audio CD discs, the last few seconds of tracks are cut off.

I also noticed that the track time in the front panel and on the tv screen runs faster than the song - it reaches the song time span before the song is finished.

Yes, I have the lastest firmware.

Did you call that bug in? If folk don't then the maker won't know it's broke. Well, they should have tested it but what I see in testing is often done quickly and is a subject for a discussion on engineering and more.

Sure, I have talked to customer support

and they advised to deliver the equipment to the service, which I will do shortly. I just suspect this might be a software bug, and I hoped one of you had this before and knows a workaround or fix.

And on the burned ones too.

Now imagine if the factory had the same issue as mediamonkey

Those CDs would work here but not there. Very annoying.

I'm not saying there is a problem here. I'm writing the industry is not perfect.

If you don't get a fix why keep this thing?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
