HT AS730ST Issue

Aug 8, 2009 7:50AM PDT

K have a :
Samsung LN46B750
Samsung HT AS730ST
Samsung BD 3600
Cable Box
All HDMI

When I switch unit on (Cable-TV-Reciever (I never use TV speakers)) the reveiver starts at SAT then within 10 second or so switches to DVD-CD setting. Can I get the system to stay in the SAT mode?

Do I need a audio cable from TV to Reciever? The directions with the reciever indicate I do, but what is the function?

Thanks

Wrong thread

Ok Never mind. I posted into the wrong thread, as I had two windows open.

Your problem is Anynet+, and I am sure you will be hearing from Samsung Techs after the weekend.

Sorry for the confusion,

stevekw--2008,

There is an online setup guide that should give step-by-step directions and answer most of those questions.

Here's the guide:

Thanks for the Anynet help

What is the function of the digital audio connection (digital audio out of tv to dig audio in on receiver) if i only use my receiver for sound and never the tv?
