HPT5054X XAA 50" TV - Relay click on and off

Hello, I unpluged all the boards from the SMPS board and the relay stpped going on and off. I pluged each one in one at a time and the relay started going on and off when I pluged the main board in (the board directly below the SMPS board) is the main board bad or the SMPS board bad?
