Question

HP4620 causing computer to go to blue screen

Jan 27, 2013 10:25PM PST

Whenever I print using my new HP4620, the computer crashes to blue screen after printing. I am being told that this is a USB 3 port issue and I need to upgrade the Intel chipset 7/C216. Does anyone know if this is the correct solution and if so, is it safe to do this upgrade (from the Intel website, obviously)? Thank you.
