HP w2007 Monitor issue - loud crackling noises

Hi all - I just got a new HP 20 inch monitor (w2007) and all looks good on the screen but every few minutes it makes a quick "crackle" noise, like dust is hitting the elements in the back or something. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal? My older LCD panel did not do this.

Note - it is a "brightview" monitor which I did not have before, maybe makes a difference?

Any other users have that issue with this or another monitor? I want to be sure it is not a bad unit.

Any kind of loud or noise in general is not normal. Use the warranty or ASAP start the return process, because this maybe a s/h damage issue or simply a bad monitor.
