HP Video Card issues

by Atlas_2008 / January 16, 2012 11:57 AM PST

So I was taking a look at my dxdiag and checking out my video card (because I was looking to upgrade it) and saw that it only says I have 240 mb approx memory.

Free ram?

If I run dxdiag the number I see for the video card seems to line up with what task manager calls free ram.
Nothing to do with the ram on the video card or my video card has grown 4x in ram size.
