Resolved Question

hp 'tuneup' and 'health analysis'

Jan 3, 2012 4:42AM PST

I am looking for further information on 'HP Tuneup' and 'Healh Analysis'.
The former was run for 6 hours today without change in screen display. No indication of run time, what was going on, or the results of the 'tuneup'. Thi run time is unacceptable since it monopolizes my computer and I don't know what the beneits are.
I have beeen unable to locate further info on these topics in manual or HP website.
HP Pavilion a4310f, 4GB RAM, 640GB HD, Win 7.
Please help.
Thanx.

While I never found it to be a problem I do read of stories like yours. As HP is the author and more of this thing any guess by me would be just that.

Ask the company that made this one.

Just for drill you can download and run process explorer to give you an overview of system functionality etc. This is offered through MS and is a free download, just a thought.
