I am sorry about your lack of support. Mine is 2 months old and my experience with phone support has been pretty good. Their chat support is their weakest link and email support not a lot better. I would send an email and try to get a phone call from the Advanced Support Group; these guys, while in India, are pretty savvy..
I work for a computer company. I bought a system from HP (ok at wally world) . Tech support is a hoot!
System is less than 2 weeks old..sound has died. Dealing with English as a second language "techs" has been a delightful nightmare.
Buy a Fujitsu..if it has a problem...ask for Cindy...I will give you the moon!
