Resolved Question

HP Solution Center 7.0

Jul 31, 2011 4:39PM PDT

I am not a computer savvy guy and needs some help how to reinstall
HP Solution Center 7.0. This is the shortcut on my desktop that I use
to scan documents, pics, etc. but disappeared when I was hit by a malware (now gone). I want to uninstall (can do this) /reinstall the program but couldn't get a head start on this part. I have HP Officejet Pro L7590 All-in-one and I have the Cd for my Windows XP. There's just too much
in the Cd and don't know where to begin. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Uninstall Everything About The Officejet From Control Panel

Then reinstall the printer/scanner again using the disc.. Uninstalling everything from the Control Panel should eliminate any errors that were caused by the malware and reinstalling again will place the Solution Center icon on your desktop again.

Hope this helps.
