Resolved Question

Hp Recovery won't work

Dec 30, 2012 2:59AM PST

For some reason my Hp Touchsmart All In One recovery system won't recognize the disks or internal recovery file. I have purchased new disk for I thought there my be a problem with the disk I made from the computer when I purchased it. I have followed the directions for both ways to use the recovery setup and neither work.
Do you have any possible solutions?

The CD/DVD drive is 2 or more years old. Since this one is a Toushsmart I would try one of those USB DVDRW drives since they cheap compared to a shop fee.

PS. You don't have to answer but why not put the model number and age in your posts?
