Possibly a software issue, you may need to either uninstall and reinstall the software or go to HP website, drivers and support, see if there is a driver update for your unit. If you do an upgrade be sure to determine if yours is a 32 or 64 bit operating system. Good luck.
I keep getting an error message saying the printer is disconnected but it still works. (Yes I've checked all the connections...). Is there anything I could tweak so that the computer knows the machine is connected properly?
