Need help, please. Printer is not printing with black ink. Have gone to HP forums and done everything recommended, but to no avail. I know cnet readers are pretty smart. Do you have any other ideas I can try? Have cleaned print heads extensively, vented cartridges, and rebooted printer, several times. Can print with color, and can scan and print from computer, but no black ink.
