HP Pavilion g7-2022us Notebook

Hi.. a friend asked me to replace the fan on his HP laptop. I've done this on many desktops (build my own), but videos of the named laptop looks very complex. Seems like you have to take it completely apart to get to the fan. Also have to do it just to see what fan to buy as HP uses different fans for same laptop. Have any of you done this and can suggest good tutorial? Thank you, cuzzzzz
