What was it? The hard drives were failing. One of the 2 passed diagnostics. Popped in a SSD and all better.
You didn't reveal enough for me to write it's RAM, your OS install missed something or other.
A few weeks ago, I completely wiped my PC. I did this because it had become incredibly slow. I saved all of the important stuff, yes. The problem is that it is slow are dirt.
I bought the device (certified refurbished) about a year and a half ago. I use it for typical college student stuff (facebook, netflix, word, chrome, etc.)
Looking for any advice as to why it's slow/how I can fix it. Option 2: buying a new one, which at this point, I would prefer not to do.
