Question

hp escalations does not answer??

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HP DESKTOP SENT IN FOR REPAIR THROUGH HP EXECUTIVE ESCALATIONS. THE LADY I WAS WORKING WITH DIDN'T PUT MY FULL ADDRESS DOWN ON SHIPPING LABEL, NOT ONCE,TWICE OR EVEN 3 TIMES!! BUT FOUR TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED! I EVEN TOLD HER THAT IF SPACE 2 IS NOT ON SHIPPING LABEL FEDEX WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING LABEL. AND STILL SPACE 2 WAS NOT PUT ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW AND WHEN I SEND IN ANOTHER COMPLAINT I DON'T HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE! I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT THROUGH HP COMMUNITY AND I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR? A GUY ANSWERS AND HE SAYS HE TRIED CALLING ME?BUT I DID NOT GET ANY VOICEMAIL? AFTER A WEEK OR SO HE SAYS TO ME THAT HE'S THE SUPERVISOR OF THE LADY FROM EXECUTIVE ESCALATIONS?? I SAID WHY DID IT TAKE YOU A WEEK TO TELL ME THIS? WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THIS WHEN YOU FIRST INTRODUCED YOURSELF TO ME? AND NOT A WEEK LATER? I ASKED TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR AND HE SAYS NO? YOUR NOT SPEAKING TO ANYONE ELSE! IS THIS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT COMES FROM THE SUPERVISORS AT HP??? I READ DIFFERENT REVIEWS AND DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS AND IT SEEMS TO ME THIS KIND DISRESPECT IS ALL TO FAMILIAR WITH THESE SUPERVISORS. AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH TO SEND ME A BOX SO I CAN SEND THIS BACK FOR REPAIR! AND I CAN'T EVEN GET THIS DONE CORRECTLY!! I HOPE SOMEONE FROM HP CAN STEP IN AND SEND ME A BOX SO I SEND THIS BACK FOR REPAIR!! AND NOT FORGET TO PUT "SPACE2" ON THE SHIPPING LABEL EITHER
