Resolved Question

HP ePrint Printer always "Idle"

by decg / November 2, 2011 11:15 AM PDT

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've been needing to post a question here !

So, I have a HP Photosmart Plus B210 Series printer. It has all the ePrint functionalities and works with iOS AirPrint.

The problem is on my Mac mini (10.7.2) I can't seem to print anything, photos or text with either quality/type of paper.

My Mac can't find the printer on my network even after I reset the printer's network back to Factory Default settings and rejoined my network. I must enter the IP manually, then it still doesn't work.

Any ideas you printer genii ?

Thanks, DG
