Check your current display driver version in Device Manager and compare it to the one at the link above. (Also determine whether it's Nvidia or Intel.) The drivers at the link above were issued in May 2007, so they may be newer and better.

iv e just bought an hp dv6402 and it came with vista preinstalled . im the first owner and just got it today. i loaded vista and ran all the norton tasks . then i tried to play solitare andd i got a black screen and then it said that my display driver not responding but has recovered and then came back on ! i was worried cuz the pc is brand new ! what should i do ? the error report says as follows LiveKernelEvent . so should i keep this pc? 1 thing that i did do is install that duo core gadget for the sidebar .... is that gadget bad? plz help me !
