HP Desktop Help

Nov 21, 2012 2:00AM PST

Bought a new HP Pavilion h8-1230 Desktop in mid- August and have been trying to get tech support from HP from day one. To say I have had no luck would be an understatement to say the least. Support has been non-existent. Original operating system was Windows Home Premium which has been upgraded to Windows 8 Pro Would like a solutions for the following:

1) An update to Bios, or other solution to no Secure Boot
support
2) Way to uninstall unwanted HP Programs not listed in
add & Remove programs
3) A way to download a Program called A Program called RAIDXpert (AMD) that got mistakenly uninstalled by my grandson.
Also any opinions on an App called Driver Mgr?

Thanks in advance Happy Thanksgiving all

Just a tool I use.

REVO UNINSTALLER.

And before I mention anything else I've run into folk that go on a cleaning spree and delete apps that control things like WiFi on/off. That's not extra stuff.

http://www.pcdecrapifier.com/ is another tool

Good luck on your hunt for support.
