If there is a HP toolbox icon, use it to start a alignment process. If no toolbox, then clcik on the printer/faxes button under the "setting" button from start, then proceed to right click the printer model icon and find any process to align. All that does is fine tune the prthd. output is 100% not what seems to be your problem. I hazard to guess you should fiddle with that CD output s/w and see what setting can be had. See if selecting a font helps in reducing the font size and thus overall printing output. Also, under printer setting itself, check the "media" diminsions, etc and/or tray assignment what gets printed on what media. You may have A4 or letter defaulted as the media selection, play with it. If that's the case, remember to return it once labels are done.
Hi all...I have a Problem ...donno if its the printer or software...assume its the printer calibration...or alignment. When Using Acoustica CD/DVD label printer...I follow the tutorial on printing a DVD cover....and it is always cropped on the one side....Missing the outer part of the image...any help on ALignment or could the software have a glitch...other utilities print well...except all cover programs (Ive tried 3). Is there a utility for these printers to align?
I dont have the original Printer disk!
Thanks for your help!
