HP CUE scanning problem

I got a HP F2200 all in one printer & so far very satisfied. My problem is whenever I go to scan..this message pops up from Microsoft.."HP CUE Scanning Flow Component has encounted a problem issue & has to close" What do I do now?

I've always gotten a reply from CNET, usually a solution to whatever problem I had....so I must have done something wrong with my HC Cue post. Did I?
