In this case that seems to be HP.

You are about to go down a path with a dead end as the driver is built into XP, Vista and 7.

And you didn't reveal what is not working correctly so I can't tell if you are trying to play a BluRay disc. That's not a driver issue.

I have tried HP, they could not help. I have tried that forum, that did not work. I am not trying to play a Blu- Ray disk. Windows 7 64 bit.
You among others will find dead end after dead end and some will flame makers when no driver is found (because there are none to find.)
If you want to tackle the issue you need to tell what the issue is and not continue down the dead ends.
