Please excuse my ignorance but appreciate my new knowledge on the 4620 all-in-one
Hello all, We use to have an old HP 6200 all-in-one Printer.
With the 6200 I was able to open up the lid ,place an image on the printers glass and then CUSTOMIZE the size of the copy image for print.
For example..If i needed to make a copy of the original image 20% larger I could easily set it up at the 6200's control panel and print.
Our 4620 has a control panel on its face , there is a tool button to customize images but , for example , I have set the copy size to be at 75% on the control panel..BUT when I start the print ,,it prints in the original size,,each and every time.
I looked this issue up in the manual,,the manual only states to go to the downloaded PC HP printer app and go to the 'help' button for further directions. There it is suppose to 'help' but it does NOT help at all.
Im at a complete loss as to what needs to be done to SIMPLY print a customize copy of an original image..AT THE PRINTER. Anyone know what to do??? Im an artist and this is important.
