you are limited to what the tv can handle which in this case is 1080p. your best bet will be to go into your tv settings and play around with the different modes.
I have a 4k monitor and awesome GPUs and my TV is only 1080p and the colors on my monitor are much better, the 4k Netflix service is covered under what I already get but they say only TVs can get it right now. I don't want to buy another TV, monitors are better IMO.
I have windows 10 and all I can see I can get is 1080 p. My professionally calibrated deep color monitor will make a better picture but is there anything else I can do?
