I see numerous threads (titled differently, so you have to search) all about different models of pretty new Samsung TV having an issue of volume automatically turning down to zero, or turning up to max, etc. Not an issue with remote or volume button on TV... Numerous threads that are locked after "Samsung Tech" posts a reply that you need to call Technician (and pay, outside of 12 months warranty)...
Time for a recall or class action suit?
