Since your profile says you're a professional IT-company, you surely know that it isn't possible. Why then ask? Do you realise that everybody reading this post now knows to not trust your company?

Even using it for a swapfile is not recommended nowadays because it's too slow.

As Kee's said using a pendrive as dynamic ram would be incredibly slow.

Do some reading about readyboost, that will use the pendrive instead of ram.

Run your own test to see what the results are.

Readyboost is kind of virtual memory on a stick, in addition to the regular virtual memory on the hard drive. It's not really RAM, and you can't say it is "using the pendrive as RAM". So I doubt if it is what the OP wants. But of course, it's worth a try.

It uses the pendrive 'instead' of ram, it ties in with superfetch.

I suspect the OP wants to use it as dynamic ram, won't fly.

Either you get it to work or not but it will be slower than letting Linux or Windows go virtual and swap to the HDD.

The real fix is more ram or change the HDD to a SSD.
