how to upgrade from windows xp to windows 7 without usb/cd?

hello everyone
i have windows xp and i want upgrade that to windows 7 but i don't have dvd writer and usb flash
i trying this softwares :
easyBCD / Win2hdd
but not working with windows xp
my system is very old and not allowing flash bootable

how can i install windows 7 from my windows xp hard drive?

Are you sure this old machine is capable of running w7?

W7 does require more machine muscle than xp.

Trying to lift ones self by their own boot straps, there is no accepted way to do what you ask.

Since USB sticks and DVD media is pretty cheap, I advise you do this in any of the accepted methods known today.
