How to turn the rulers' measurement to inches

Nov 13, 2005 6:40AM PST

in my MS Word, the ruler bar (the white bar above the document, and below the toolbars, and the bar at the left) is not showing in inches, instead, it shows something like |1| |2| ......to |39|.
i want it to be in inches, so i can do my work from school, and format documents easier.

please help me,
thank you!

You need to "explore" more at the menu bar.
To change cm to in, go to the Tools menu, take "Options", then the "General tab". Near the bottom, is "Measurements".....
