I use Dropbox.

Works on almost all Apple and Android smartphones. Nice since I don't have to plug in the USB to the PC.

What's about Google Photo? I think syncing my album with Google Play is convenient, your images keep original quality.
Other apps are good enough like: Dropbox, Send Anywhere.

1. you can transfer photos via cables ..
2. also use internet through..
3. i also suggest you 3rd party's application if you're using i-OS or android based OS mobile xender, share-it..etc. Happy
