How to transfer OE message rules from another computer

Is there a way to transfer my message rules from another computer (2000) to my laptop (XP)? I don't know where Outlook Express stores this data. Thanks

Outlook Express Freebie Backup. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4179.html After you set it up once, then one click is needed to backup all settings, addresses, mails, folders, users, etc. Then send the backed up file to another PC, CDR, whatever.
