Samsung does not run their network so when top ups fail (I have this issue with another model on another network) I have to call in and they manually top up my phone.
After 2 years of that, I changed phones to one that works.
my daughter has a SamsungTocco Lite 2 (GT-S5220) mobile phone on Orange network but cant access voicemail or top up .
The problem arises when you are told to press a number off the keypad which is not visible during the procedure.The display tells you to press hold button to access keypad , where is hold button?
Please can someone provide a solution before it drives me nuts......
